How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Pressureconstant Septic to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Pressureconstant Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Pressureconstant Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@pressureconstant.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like from us
After You Write
We reply by email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we send you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
